Our Board
The Board is accountable to shareholders for the activities and performance of the company by overseeing the creation of sustainable shareholder value with an appropriate risk framework and has regard for stakeholder interest and community expectations. The Board set strategic objectives and oversee management. The Board does not have any committees and all matters are considered by the full Boards.
